    No

But, depending upon the type of PVC pipe and the temp and pressure of the antifreeze it could well sofen and burst.

PVC has poor compatibility with propylene glycol. What do you want to use pvc for anyway?

Ethylene glycol compatibility is A (excellent) but propylene glycol is C (fair). Antifreeze as a chemical is a bit vague.

my radiator doesnt fit due to turbo manifold and turbo size, so i'm mounting the radiator between the front tranny mount and sidewall and the bottom outlet on the radiator is obstructed by the mount so i need to try and route around it.
I figured i could try to make somethin with some flex hoses and pvc bends

Why not use metal pipe? I hear metal is good about not melting.

Depending on what metal. The engine is made of metal, yet it holds antifreeze like a champ.

No the metal will NOT corrode if your cooling system is properly charged with goo antifreeze. If it would corrode it then your engine would corrode. Antifreeze is made to protect metals and lubercate.

Copper pipe is used all the time to make up lower radiator hoses on 24 valve Taurus engines. It's a pipe with rubber ends. The dealer wants $196.54 for that piece (ask me how I know the exact amount).
