Guy on CL has an Aspire engine he will sell me from a non-running parts car.
I asked if the engine block was ok and how much? He said .."Yes block is good....Shoot me a fair price"

What Kinda price should I shoot him with? ..er ...shoot at him, I mean.

I would, except he's buying the car for the suspension and tranny.
He's doin', what you suggested I do.
There is the FI and ECU... etc, for an EFI conversion though!

Isnt there something diff. about the Aspire engine? The rockers or something?

Anyway, just EM'd him a $50 offer. I also wrote:

Hmmm...you're keeping the suspension and tranny...Hmmm...
Those parts wouldn't be going in a Festiva would they?

Update:
He is indeed a Festiva owner, was going to do the Aspire swap, now has changed his mind, and I may get the whole car! Minus the sway bar and seats.
He paid $300 he said, and may sell it for $270-$280. He said he was in on it with someone else and is checking with the guy right now. We'll see.
Said the engine had just a little over 120,000 miles. He doesnt know why it wasnt running. The wheel and strut are bent fr. pass. side.

Just called. I can have it for $280. Now I just have to arrange transport to get it back here.
