    My name is Colby, purchased a 1992 festiva with an automatic (couldnt fint a nice manual) its got 141k on it, and seems to run pretty well. thanks for the good info and hospitality

        i updated that info. initially i had thought about a manual trans swap, and it may be in the future, but i figure if the auto works ok, leave it alone. also, been driving manual cars forever and kinda enjoyed the 50 mile drive home without a gear change

                addicted is right. spent all weekend in jy's pulling and aspire brake swap, and misc odds and ends the car needs

                already rebuilt the front hubs and bearings, doing the rears tomorrow, waiting for gr2 struts to come in, and lower control arms. hopefully by the end of this weekend i'll have it sitting on all new suspension and brakes, along with 7 spoke escort wheels and new rubber

                    Welcome & have fun, one thing, it is very addictive, the site and the cars....everything you need to know.. is here..
                    Aspires and Sways all around, Miata B6 installed, KYB G2Rs just installed in front. Wish for coil overs someday.

                              welcome to the site. youll get addicted very easily. ive only been part of the site for about a year and everyone here is very nice and super helpful. there are loads of things you can do to these cars and everyone here loves helping and watching the progress of others festivas. again welcome and hope you have fun.
