This goes out to the BP guys mainly. Where does this hose go?

Does this have coolant that is suppost to run through it? We had it routed into the air intake pipe. Is that correct?

The car wont idle at all without the jerry rigged spring that keeps the throttle open. Does this have anything to do with that?

Yep, goes to the intake hose. It is for the IAC. Basically it goes to the intake hose so the air that is used to idle the car is accounted for by the VAF/ECU. And yes, without it the car probably won't idle because the air going through it won't be metered.
    No festiva for me ATM...

Yup exactly lol it would be for the idle air control valve and needs to connect to the intake piping

Actually I was just refering to the hyundai intake pipe fitting perfect. Has a port for the IAC and the valve cover. I had a ghetto rigged protege intake pipe on it and We had to cut a hole in it to get the IAC hose to plug in but now I have a perfect pipe that fits like a glove.
