I have a 1988 festiva with broken coil springs in front!
i can not find any anywhere is there a replacement for a stock spring size that will go on my stock struts
    thanks

use aspire struts and cut 1.5 coils off to get back to stock hight.
    Trees aren't kind to me...

Any year Aspire will bolt right in. Just cut the springs at least one full coil to lower the results.

The only problem you may find is from a rare ABS equipped Aspire, though I bet it would still work. I've never seen one anyway.

Post some pics and more info when you can. FI cars are generally easier for engine swaps.

Everything depends on what you really want, your skills and resources, and the condition of each car.

If the newer car has a rusted out body, for example, you could just swap struts onto the '88 if they're in decent shape.

            And welcome!

Where do you live? Go to your User CP and post your approximate area or city and whatever other info you wish to show. Then those close to you will know you're nearby.

The easiest way to post pics is to host yours on a picture site like Photobucket. That's how I do it.

We also tend to congregate in meets several times per year.

                  Festivamotorsports lowered Aspire springs

Does anybody know if the lowered aspire springs from Festivamotorsport will fit the Festie without cutting them? Also iirc the front springs are stiffer than the rears correct? I wonder if Festivamotorsports would sell 2 pair of the front ones as a set because I need a lot stiffer springs in the rear of my car because it really squats during hard acceleration with my bp swap. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I thought they offered lowered springs as well. Could be mistaken though.
