Aspire is 100mm. Here's the chart. Next time, you use the search button.

14" Escort wheels (1991 to 1999) have an offset 9mm less than most small car wheels (36mm vs 45mm). This will give you the clearance to run a good size tire without using spacers.

The question is, is it only the struts and springs? Or is it the brakes as well?

Escort wheels are only for aspire brakes, I'm assuming he has just aspire suspension, not brakes

The ever present "What wheel fits" question! Stock festiva bolt pattern is 4x114.3. The search function is definitely your friend and using it before asking questions will go a long way (not trying to sound mean, searching first just helps to cut down on a new thread about wheel fitment being posted every week)

Good point. I saw Aspire and assumed he had brakes and all.

Is it just springs and struts, or brakes too?

Are you asking about tire size or what wheel fits? First post you ask what wheel fits, now you're asking about 13 or 14" tires. Also, are you buying new wheels or junkyard wheels?

We all love to help out, but using the search bar cuts down on being repetitive. There are a lot of wheel threads on here
