This isn't my RX7, I haven't had a chance to get pictures of it because it's in the storage compound at work, but this car is IDENTICAL. I-D-E-N-T-I-C-A-L!
Mine is a 1984 GSL-SE (same as the one pictured above), it has 196,000kms on it, which isn't bad considering the car is a full year older then me (December 1983 build date). It has the wonderful ass coloured burgundy/brown interior, which is unbelievably clean. The car itself it in amazing shape. It is in need of a paint job, and minor rust repair. By minor, I mean three quarter sized surface rust spots... one on the wheel well and the other two on the roof (where the metal hinge for the sunroof goes). Being a GSL-SE, it comes with all the good stuff available from that generation of RX7. It has a 4.11:1 (I think) limited slip rear end, rear disk brakes with vented rotors, better front brakes, stiffer suspension, larger sway bars, 4x4.5" hubs, and best of all, the fuel injected 6-port 13B engine. I can't wait to start driving it... hopefully gas prices come down...
