Junkyard woes

Ok, so I had to purchase a tranny at the local junkyard to fix my lil blue wonder. I didn't have a truck at the time so I had the guys from the shop go ahead and pick it up for me. The part that I ordered and paid for was a 5 speed, but the transmission that was pulled at the yard and installed into my car is a 4spd. I'm extremely irritated at this point. I do a lot of highway driving and the lack of an overdrive is just irritating. I haven't called the junkyard yet, but I'm not expecting to get a positive reaction from them. Is there anything I can do if they decide they don't want to right the situation?

^^^ Ya , They will probably replace the unit , since you have a receipt for a 5 spd. But I doubt if they pay any labor , but you never know they may have a heart ,I have seen some do more that others , But if they do give you a hassle , :x B.B.B.
