Twizted's new/used engine

Well here is the 92k engine I am putting together for Twizted since his needs some new rings after 360k of awesome service. This motor turned out super clean and yes that is all the original paint on the head and block. It still has all the factory assembly markings intact. I have had a blast cleaning it up and replacing all the gaskets, seals, etc. to get it ready to drop in. It is an EFI engine and I am switching it over to a Carby. So now I just have to get all my carby stuff off and installed to finish it up. I am stoked! I have never had a Festy engine this clean or with such low mileage.

Paint that water tube and exhaust heat shield and it'll look brand new.

It doesn't show up real well but the water tube actually still has that goldish colored plating on it. I may paint the heat shield if the bolts act like they will come off without snapping.

Jay, you should REALLY think about replacing that bent o2 sensor.... might not work properly and cost you MPG.

Already on it Arty! Have a new one to install. But good looking out.
