Put a tach/speedo cluster in the clown car. Also swapped out the stock steelies for a set of Geo 13's. The speedo has a little wiggle in the needle, the stock needle had no wiggle and the new one runs smooth with the drill. I am wondering if the something changed with the cable since it is rerouted; flexed in a different direction maybe. Anyone else seen this happen??

yeah, white lithium or any grease to a degree is good
they can get pushed back into the firewall and kink, break, or mess with em. certainly anything is possible. Keep that other cable around!! people need those and you might too!

I moved my festiva back out of the garage to re-arrange my garage, I been meaning to do that for months
1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor
1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)
If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Got the engine out of Chuck, completed the seal replacement and Festivafication process on the B6, all that is lacking is the water pump which should be in 10AM today. Green Car is being a good girl and got 32.9MPG last night delivering pizzas. I think she is afraid if she didn't get better mileage I'll be ripping her apart to install the G4A-HL. Too bad for her I'll be doing it anyway lol.No festiva for me ATM...
