Please talk me out of selling the silver bullet

For some reason I have this crazy idea I need to get rid of the bullet. Its an 89 darby with 198k. Has some issues, the front member is rusted so bad that the stabilizer bar is the only thing holding the front trans member. It leaks oil from the valve cover and head gasket...burns it too. Needs a master cylinder(have to pump the brakes). Its straight it was an optionless l-plus. Everything is there but I have a good daily d and now my lx project car. I hate to get rid off it but its in the way. What's it worth? If anything. I drive it every so often gets around 30 mpg hard driving. Nothing really performance related is bad,trans and clutch are perfect, heater cooks you out. The stabilizer bar should hold the trans mount fine, the oil leak is fine you just have to add around 2 quarts ever 1000 miles and the brakes work when pumped. Gimme your .2.

Sorry to hear the bad news ! But it sound like an old horse with a broken leg ! Your probably going to have to shoot it ! If it's not better in a couple days shoot it again . You could keep as a parts car or sell and let the parts live on !!
