      The drain plug isnt the easiest way to steal gas. Remove the drain plug without cracking the gas cap and you'll have gas glugging everywhere including running off your elbow, plus you could only fill a 5" tall container. Youd be highly flammable and reek of gas trying to steal gas from the drain plug.
