I'm the Inventory Coordinator (fancy name for "Lot Boy") for the re-marketing division of a "large" rental car company. They don't want me dropping their name all over auto forums, so if you want to know who, check my profile.

My job involves inspecting retired rentals, sending them to body shops, detail shops, upholstery shops, and prepping them for delivery to dealerships and auctions.

The best part of the job is, since I live to drive, I'm also the "long distance delivery" guy. I get to drive some very nice cars on a daily basis and get to do road trips. Some of them over 1,000 miles.
