  • Esquire names 1988 Festiva legit $600 car

Just trolling and found on MSN Auto an article from Esquire naming the 1988 Ford Festiva a car to buy your kid with the $600.00 check you got back from the IRS. Only a couple of paragraphs, but always interesting to see what's cookin' outside the forum

With gas prices surging and tax returns returning, we answer the question you're afraid to ask: How much machine can you get for $600?

Then scroll halfway down the page.

Hey at least they had the decency of calling it a "pregnant" rollerskate. Gave it a lil boost.

Let's face it. Even our own family members who love us dearly don't understand our "Festiva Thing", much less a non automotive magazine.
People who know them, get it. Kinda like a secret handshake
