Well, a quick google search says it's an ignition ECM for Ford-Lincoln-Mercury.
Not a lot of help, but may now you can reference ignition parts to narrow the search.
IF FB71 were on, he'd probably be able to tell you straight away.'93 Blue 5spd 230K(down for clutch and overall maintanence)
