boycott Home Depot

I heard a very sad story this evening that I have to get off my chest, or I won't be able to sleep. While in Brantford Ontario, a guy in a bright Red old T-bird told me that there was a junk yard in Burford that was acquired by Home Depot about two years ago. One of the conditions of purchase, however, was to crush all of the cars in the yard. Are you sitting down? There were thirteen Festivas all lined up in a row.

And we are 100% positive that that all guys in old t-birds always have 100% accurate info? Thats good to know next time I see a guy in an old t-bird

That guy in the old T-bird owns 45 collector cars!
He told me other horror stories of a widow personally witnessing the crushing of her late husbands mint condition antique cars so that nobody else gets them. The wrecker has pictures of each one in the crusher, just before he pushed the button.

That sucks, but not totally home depots fault.
The previous owner could have found other yards and sold the inventory before selling the property.
As much as I hate seeing older iron crushed/scrapped I wouldn't boycot home depot for it, alot of decent middle class people like ourselves work there, sure would suck to see them out of work and possibly homeless due to someone elses actions.
