  • Jaycar Electronics build your own Narrowband kit.

Anyone ever seen one? My friend gave me his unbuilt one because I wanted some practice soldering on boards. I don't think they make them anymore in all honesty. I'll snap some pics of the kit when I get a chance.
    Current cars:

1993 Ford Festiva 5-Speed - Festiclese III - Cousin of the Banhammer - "The Jalopnik Car"
    1984 Toyota Cressida - 2JZGE Swap, Turbocharged.
2013 Mazda Mazda2 - Exhaust and Wheels (the daily)
    2002 Toyota Tundra - V6/Auto/2WD - The Tow Vehicle.

Second that narrow bands are worthless. Wide band is the way to go

Okay I get it, narrowbands aren't the most preferred object to tune with, I get the point. I just thought it was cool it was a build your own. If I remember correctly this kit was like $30 back in the day. I was just seeing if people actually thought it was kind of cool they had this back in the day.

Now we're talking, Nicholas! That and a $50 Bosch sensor would just about do it for $120-130 clams I figure (I'm ballparking shipping to North America). Any local links from forums using them already with good results? This looks like a great solution!

You still need a controller, whcih you can buy with sensor for $180.
