    Okay, iv'e got an old dirt bike (92 wr200) the muffler is really plugged up. This model was notorius for this. Anyone out there have any tips, access is limited even with the core removed.

    Take the core out, drive to car wash and spray the crap out of it!!!! Also I've heard some really good stuff about dawn power dissolver, you might try letting it soak in that stuff! Good luck!

      take the exhaust off the bike, cook it in a fire pit.

        take it aparrt beforehand though. Buy some new packing and your good to go.
