  • Parts inquiry question

My Festiva needs some attention. And I was wondering about some things,

The thinkgs that i need to fix are bushings up front(sway bar) and rear axle bushings, I desperately need new engine mounts (all 3) and spark plug wires swell as an brake cable.

Now I want poly bushings if they are available, I am unsure if I will be doing the aspire swaybar swap,
I like the idea of better 8mm wires for my b6 so fms it is.
As for engine mounts, I was thinking fms, are they any good?? They are pricy but are a competition mount, has any one tried them?

And of course the ebrake cable, I tried to fix mine bit it's a no go.
    And everyone's favorite..... Shifter bushings!!!
Any info on these parts or experience would be nice!! Thanks guys

As for swaybar bushings, I know that the universal ones you can get at autozone/local car parts dealer are common replacements. They are red (I think they are poly) and greaseable, but the mounting holes on the brackets need slight modification I believe. I know they come in different sized so you would have to measure the bar diameter.

For the swaybar to control arm bushings, get the Moog ones. You can find them on eBay cheap.

For the swaybar to chassis, do this.

Discuss improvements to your Festiva or Aspire in the handling, braking, wheels and tires areas.

For an Aspire bar, I believe the part number you want is 9.5160
