      yblock,
Whatever happened to your HHO testing?
You were the only one doing real trials of this and some of us were very interested.

well i'm still using the hho. i hit a wall where if increased the amps to make more hydrogen the load on the altenator was eating to much horsepower. an there was no gain so i backed off the amps to where i could get the most mpg an let it ride. i should get back into it again. maybe when it's not so hot.

5mpg increase. lots claim they get 48-50mpg with a stock ride they only stickered for 40mpg new. i can't hit 50 with a tail wind. maybe it's the terrain.

before I stopped driving it I was getting 45 with my 5 speed without even trying. I beat on that one all the time....couldn't drive it easy no matter how much I tried.

So what was the actual mileage you were getting (total).

Right now on their site the "Metrix" radiator is $46.95 with free shipping.

Also, rear bumper covers (raw material, which I assume is plain grey) are $68.37 shipped. This price may not seem great, but compare it with ebay's covers and the horrible shipping they charge. If you need a nice rear bumper cover, you might consider this option.

Here's the page for the radiator:

Since all the other radiators were much more, let's assume this is a single core bargain basement variety.

Most folks forgot about y blocks years ago. I cut my teeth on a 54 ford with a 239 y block in mid 60s. I love em. I have a small collection of 239 thru 312 engines and parts that I have been collecting for years. Currently have a 54 2 door crestline apart for restore. I am debating what engine to put in it. I noticed that a y block came in #8 in the engine masters competition this year. Salute, Steve

Replacement radiator from Auto parts Warehouse

                          Hey Yblock,
Is that replacement radiator you bought the one on their website that sales for 46.95 from Metrix manufacturer. Im going to have to find someone to put it in for me. Is this an easy swap? How much should I expect to pay for that service? I dont have the tools or the experience to do the job myself. Thanks for your guidance.
