175/70 too wide?
I know it's summer, but i got 4 free hankook i-pikes studded on metro 13s. Put one on front looked ok, but the rear is almost touching the shock and real close to the frame rail. Will spacers fix this or just sell them and go with thinner tires?

Thats what I got on 'Tiva. I put 5mm spacers on the rear, worked. I have Monroe Aspire struts to go on, which will make it better. It hits sometimes on large bumps with a passenger.Originally posted by bhazard View Post

I didn't need spacers. All stock. As long as your suspension isn't horribly worn it'll be fine.91GL BP/F3A with boost

i ran 175 70s and they rubbed a little on the rear & when they wore out i switched to 175 60s & no rub at all ( they are getting harder to find though)Never Hire a Boy to do a Man's Job!!Comment
