But in the classifieds, is there anyway we could add state abbreviations before the post...
I think this might aid in sales and cut down on posts like, I'm interested but you're on the other coast... or wish I lived closer...

I.e...

[FS] FL 1993 Ford Festiva Blue $300

Or

[FS/FT] GA 1988 Ford Festiva Red $5000

etc.. etc..

Would be nice to have that, but I doubt it would cut down on the "would be interested, but you're on the other coast" type posts. People are gonna do it anyway lol.

It would be nice to split up cars and parts though... most of my other boards do that akin to:

Festiva Cars
Festiva-specific Parts
Other

Some others do a specialty forum for retailers, vendors, and group buys... but that's less important around these parts in my opinion. FestivaMotorsports would be great to have it's on subforum, but that's not in their business model, so I respect that. Great way to raise cash to fund the board too with advertising and forum space.

That way we can filter out the random stuff that sometimes pops in there. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing hot Miatas and stuff for sale... but not when I'm looking for an E-series clutch or something for example.

And maybe even a non-ford parts and non-ford cars section???

^^ I like that train of thought, though the "non-ford" wouldn't help much on here, since pretty much any parts for sale wouldn't be Ford

Honestly though, in a 24 hour period, how many new FS threads pop-up?

The ideas are good but I don't think this board sees enough action in the classifieds to make it worth having separate sections
