Hey fellas, i was just taking a nap and a mysterious number called me asking if I wanted to buy a 1.8l engine out of a 94 escort GT. I forgot that I posted a WTB in the local trader. Anyways, I know the 94 escort GT has the BP but someone told me its possible it has the BPT. Is this true? The guy I talked to said the car would scream, so I asked if it was turbo and he said he didnt know. All he knew was the car hauled. He is asking for 200 for the engine. I tried to grab up the tranny but he said it was already sold.

So is the GT model BP turbo?

You guys dont know how lucky you are. 200 wouldnt even get me a b3 with just a block and head in aus. To buy a bp here with block head intake and injectors is about 600. To get a full harnes alt exhaust is about 1200-1300.

not bad guy at all.. i ended up holding out till i found a good deal on my 91 EGT.$200 plus $40 gas to get it... then pulled all the goodies, and sold shell for $100.
