      That would be a 90 model fresh. 9th - 12th month cars are sold as the following year model.

        It says 1989 on the window sticker ? So would a 1993 built after 9/92 be a 1994 festiva ?

            I'm thinking someone mis read the year. Saw "89" and didn't notice the date is 1988.
