  • Looked at a couple more today!

So I heard from my dad's cousin that this guy had some old cars, and a couple of festiva's. It was about 100 miles each way to go look. Well I was curious so I took a buddy with me today and we went out to look at them, one of them was an 88 L, it looked pretty clean other than a little rust in front of the wheel, but had no title, the other one was an 89 LX automatic, interior was really clean, but rusty as all heck. I'm thinking of trying to get both of them as a package deal. The guy wanted 600 for the 88 alone but didn't know what he wanted for both of them. He said to call back in a couple of days he wanted to talk to his son. Then he let me walk around his whole backyard, and it was fun! Tons of old fords, trucks cars, wagons, soo many things! This guy loved old Ford Fiesta's, there were a TON of them there! None of them were in good condition tho... The guy also had a '64 Ford Falcon 4dr wagon that was pretty rust free with a 260 v8 automatic, the guy wanted $1,500 for it, my buddy is really tempted to buy it.

    Such a fun day!

Ideal: I've been looking for a long time now for a rust free shell, and this blue 88 is pretty much the closest I've gotten, it's got like a fist sized hole in front of the rear wheel. Pretty fixable, this one runs supposivly, but I just might be using this car for my project car. The red one is def. a parts car.

          And yes, awesome falcon
