aspire roller rocker and hydraulic lash

I want to put the roller cam from a ford aspire into the head from a 1989 Mercury Tracer B6 engine which I am going to put into my 1995 Aspire. Some of the "rollers" on the lifters from a salvage yard "donor car head" are a little on the "rough side" bearing wise. Does anyone have any experience with replacements for these rockers.
