    Electric Fuel Pumps

…. These day when I go to buy an Electric Fuel Pump I'm faced with so many manufactures and price ranges you just don't know which one to choose? We've all heard of all these manufactures by NAME but which ONE is MORE Reliable than the other or has a better track Record. The price range is from just over $30.00 to well over $200.00. Which ONE is the MOST Reliable at the BEST price? I'm reasonably sure it is NOT the MOST expensive Nor the cheapest. Would like to hear your CHOICES, REASONS and OPINIONS on this?

    … Thanks
    .

      Walbro or Bosch

Anything else, is just stock/crap. Ive got a walbro 255lph in my car, running strong for 5 years now, loud as hell but so is the rest of the car so once she's started youd never know anyways.
1992 Festiva... BP-T, Escort G5MR, no crossmember, aspire brakes, Megasquirt, Toyota COP's, coilovers and 6 puck SPEC clutch!

T3/T4 Turbo Power! G5MR and BP since '04!

X2 on the walbro 255. For under $100 almost anywhere you can't go wrong. I got mine from a buddies protege, its lasted me almost 4 years with no problems, a bonus if having a loud wolbro when you get low on gas, it will let you know! It gets almost twice as loud below 1/4 tank.
Im not driving a Festiva because I'm poor. I drive a Festiva because i want to!

Another vote here for Walbro. We've used them in a ton of Mustangs without issue.

Most of the stuff i deal with at work is Delco (chevy pumps notoriously go bad).

What did they come stock on? I probably would never know because they rarely die

IIRC some Ford trucks used them as well.
