Id not change any of it unless its all rusted and needs addressing anyway.

I took almost all of a 323 exhaust system and got it to work on a festiva. I used the cat from the 323 as well.

yeah but when I install my b6 I'm not keeping my b3 mani and dp on it. I know I didn't address that and you didn't know but just saying

it's not going to hurt too much to have the cat back aspire exhaust that I already have on keep a little more back pressure vs putting something stupid on and possibly burning valves. don't know a whole lot about that stuff but anyways. just trying to figure out things to help me and others with b6 swaps for now

^ i think that's what he's getting at Chris, he used the ENTIRE 323 exhaust on a festy meaning i think that he used the 323 mani and DP. i don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

The time it takes to get under the festiva and change all of that out, including breaking fasteners off and having to take the time to soak and drill them out you can....swap the b6 too. Leave until all is ready

I have had that manifold and dp off and on enough it doesn't take 5 minutes. And I have stainless bolts in my aspire manifold. nate and I drilled those earlier this year. getting that apart now is a piece of cake.

the studs on my b6 manifold look pretty good and we didn't have any issues getting them apart at the yard. the problem we had was that the yard cut halfway through the DP and then took the bolts off...morons.

I guess it will fit. seems to have the same slant at the cat mount and is much shorter to accommodate the longer b6 manifold...

Cool. I don't have access to a welder so if i can get around paying to use one and have no leaks it's what i do. If the catback on a festiva bolts to the early b6 downpipe that's good sticky addition to save some members some money.
