    Just curious

I was wanting to see the breakdown of members car according to year and tranny type. Like how many in each category below. Im not sure if the poll can handle that many options. Probably a dumb poll anyway.

Good idea. I'm not sure you could vote multiple times on a poll either though, and many of us would. I guess we could give our dd or main Festiva.

That would be an interesting poll , especially to compare to production numbers and calculate survivor rates .

              '91 five-speed here.

Well, sort of four and a half; after attempting a power shift the day I was using kerosene instead of gas, mixing up the two after running out of gas a few blocks away from where I lived. Out of money momentarily, using what I had in the garage.

I would say even on gasoline, power shifting in a Festiva isn't really wise. I miss the second gear synchromesh.

There was an annoying, much younger woman friend aboard; I was seeking to silence in some non-violent manner. One of the reasons moving nearly seven hundred miles north wasn't too difficult to get motivated for.

The car didn't have a muffler, which had rotted through and the innards fallen out; so really a spectacular sound wound up like the proverbial...whatever.

Maybe someone could fix up a spreadsheet that can be added to by each member, like the Festiva in Trouble database?

Having a list of everyone's cars here would eventually tell us a little bit about the "survivors" we own. Could be interesting.

I'm thinking kind of like a "register."

Year, model, transaxle type, date of manufacture (MM/DD/YR), maybe a place to check mods like this:

                              suspension
                              engine
                              other
                              parts car only
