so do you have a plan for reproducing the rubber gasket? I contemplated making a CF reproduction of the antenna delete, but couldnt come up with a nice way to reproduce the gasket, and figured people wouldnt want water getting into the body.

I'd see about getting some high quality sheet rubber and using a very sharp craft knife to cut out a gasket seal.
