I have a stock 5sp MTX I got out of a '91 or '92 with about 150k on it - i was going to replace the one in my '88 LX with it when 3rd gear started grinding. I eventually learned to shift into 3rd slower so it wouldn't grind and I changed the fluid to Redline MTL (IIRC? which ever blend helped line up the synchros faster) so I just lived with it and didn't swap it over before I got rid of my '88. Also my lofty plans was to swap to EFI and since I was going to change the fuel lines with it I was waiting to swap it when I did the EFI swap too
So I was wondering what is a stock MTX with 150k miles worth? And does anyone need one? Being I'm in CA and it weighs around 60 lbs i don't know if it's worth someone paying the shipping on it few states away.
