Cardboard in front of Radiator

Uh....ANYWAY
I'm waiting for pedobear to pop up now...

This thread has reminded me to block my radiator now.
I changed my thermostat(had the original one still) and my car heats up to where it was in summer- sometimes. It holds more heat on the highway than it did, but still not much and takes forever to get there.

More than a mouthful is a waste! She was all woman, trust me.

ANYWAY....

When I had my Festy, I thought about insulating the heater hoses both to and from the radiator, etc. I wonder if this would help retain heat within the system?

I've got the whole rad blocked off and part of the grill and I'm still not getting heat any quicker but seems like it might be warming up a little more.
