That is a nice little car, and it makes more hp than a 1.8 liter BP. Looks pretty hot too.

We just bought one last week.
Awesome little car for the money, good luck on that price though. Not one on any lot around here below $16800. If we wanted a baseline model we would have had to order one.

        1.6l 138 hp 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION!?

awesome... I don't know why, but I've been lusting after these rios, and this one takes the cake of all of them so far. Might be a turd, I haven't test driven one to find out, but hopefully one day kia will live up to the reputation of it's mazda heritage.

not bad but i like the look of the mazda2 better styling wise. i just wish it had the hp this car has & that they both had two less doors.

Im going to buy a fiesta way before im gonna shell money on a hyundai.

Mather of fact I went in the Ford dealer last year for a fiesta , and went out with a fusion 2010 , but they had a 0% deal on the fusion and it was the same price as a fiesta with 7%....

I test drove a Fiesta while I was looking for my new car and was completly dissapointed. Everything on the inside felt cheap and cramped. BTW, have you seen the parcel shelf in the back? Makes the Festiva shelf look large and robust. Interestingly, I also drove a Hyundai Elantra TOURING (different than the regular Elantra) and loved it, but the salesman said I couldn't order one how I wanted (SE, w/alloys, sunroof and leather), I could only buy what was on the lot. I thought that was ridiculous and walked away. Ended up buying an Audi A4
