  • It's A Disease

    And it's contagious..

I've noticed I have this thing for odd little cars. Everytime I come across one, I end up wanting it.

    Found this today:

It looks like a VW Rabbit but it's from Spain.

I blame all of you for my small car fascination :happy8:

I would kill to have one of the early Mazda Rotary coupes! Something like an R100, RX2 or RX3 would be great. I would also love to have an early '60's English Ford Anglia, Cortina, Escort or Capri.

I had a gold 1980 dodge colt exactly like the pic. Even had the stripes on the door. The dual shifter (hi/lo) was a blast. Nothing could stop that car!
It even survived a demolition derby against a Chevy pickup in a Burger King Drive thru at 2am.
Ran it out of oil on a blistering cold morning about 3 miles out of town

DriverOne: From your posted pictures someone really messed around with the "73 Mini". Pre-1968 front end, bumper and grill and post-1970 wind-up window doors without external hinges. Would have to see the interior, tail lights and trunk (boot) to get more definitive about this curious graft. These cars were electric positive grounded until 1970 when the Limeys finally woke up and switched over to negative ground; aftermarket car radios had had to be installed backwards for years!
