I dunno, if the car has a fresh/really nice paint job, no rust, a parts car, and 100% mechanically sound I could see paying 35 for it, it would be brand new for all intensive purposes, but I can NOT see 3500 for a clunker that's ready for retirement that you gotta work on every other week to keep it rolling...let alone a chevy subcompact, eeew. Go fazda or go home IMo.
