    the number is about it

how did you pay? if you used paypal or something of the sort you can file a complaint through them as long as its been less than a month since the transaction.

I called last week about buying some stuff and never was called back, too bad I took my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, this is a common experience with FMS.

Unfortunately when it comes to many of the parts FMS sells, there simply is nowhere else to go.

You havent had a raise in 35+ years Rockfish ... yea I called not long ago wanting to buy a drivers window regulator and a few other items - i got through and was told they were only selling things in the special sale items listed . Even with the limited "get through calls" and an occasional problem its still a valuable resource and I appreciate that . Its  + at the same time !

                      no problems

I placed two orders this month, taking advantage of the sale items, and had no problems. I called in the morning around 9:30. The first call Roger answered and on the second order I left a message and Roger called me back in the afternoon. I used credit card with no problems.

Don't know why others have problems getting thru.

Keep trying, the low prices are worth the effort.

I had good success with my last purchase also. Roger also sold me some stuff not on the list but were related to the other parts I bought. I had the best success in the afternoon, also, but I have had him call me in the morning, so he is around then also.

I even remember a couple people in a past discussion about this saying they would update it for free. I cant tell you how many times I looked over the project pages they had.
