  • Window rubber clips ????

    ok does anyone know where to find the plastic clips that hold the window rubber trim that runs along the bottom of the outside of the window i have asked the mcparts an all i got was a headscratch an a big ole i dunno ....i need them for my passenger side all of them thanks if anyone can help or has them ....Mattman

    Ha! I had my crashed door from Twinstiva and stripped it of parts--except those clips and that rubber window wipe piece, which I couldn't figure out how to remove. Had to junk the empty door.

    The only place I'd say you could get them would be a junkyard. See if you can find a wrecked door they have to sell you cheaper than normal, then strip it for everything and sell what you don't want.

    First you need to know how to remove them I guess.

    If anyone can answer that (thread related!) I'd like to know.

      I got mine from the JY but you have to be careful, they snap easily.

        i used a skinny flat head screwdriver to remove them...one by one...lift and pry...lift and pry....its not rocket science

                its 5 of them i think on that rubber strip that goes against the window ......im gona hit up the parts yard an see if any other ford or mazda cars have some on them this weekend ....such a silly lil part but it will keep my door from getting full of all the mess that falls from the trees around here an filling up with water ..lol
