I googled "festiva spoiler" and saw at least five or six. Nothing perfect, but here is a link to one:

I highly recommend to contact junspeed through this forum. He has access to parts that are not available in the states. I have a couple of pics in my forum posts. I tried to purchase a spoiler from FMS in December and was told there are none available.Comment

I don't believe FMS has any left. IIRC, they've been NLA for quite some time. Your best bet is to watch eBay or the <FS> forum on here. Most junk yards have been picked clean as well.Brian

X2 Junspeed has them for I want to say $80+Shipping which I'm sure will bring you to $150ish? Which is the going price of spoilers. He has proven that he is a good seller and is a great communicator.
