  • My Festy vs a F350

Well after a ton of work went into my festy, a F350 decided that i didnt need it any more. Thank god i decided to put that roll cage in it. Definatly saved my bacon. The F350 Tboned me right where the cage was welded down and it didnt budge. So now im waiting on a nice lil settlement from the other guys insurance to build NOS-tiva 2.0. So if anyone around GA has a decent festy that needs a great home let me know! Ill be looking to buy one here very soon.

Yea it Tboned me going about 40mph.Spun me around and the tires grabbed, and turned it over. I was running about 45. I was sideways before i even knew what was happening. It slid about 25 yards on its side. Ate through the metal on the driver side in a few places.

                          This^^^^

I don't condone lawsuits, but I also believe in being treated fairly.

I'n '87 I got T-boned in my '67 convertible Mustang by an S10 Blazer that ran a red light and hit me at 45mph. Pushed me into a '68 GTO that had just been restored. My passenger seat ripped loose from the floor and hit my in the side and due to my not wearing a seat belt, I ended up sitting with my right butt cheek sitting on the passenger seat, sitting on my seat.

I took the medical settlement and two years later, ruptured a disc in my back. Luckily it happened while I was at work, although I had to hire a laywer to get worker's comp, we settled out of court.

I'd wait a bit on the medical settlement until you're medically cleared, something I wished I had done.
