Man....I hate to say it and I hope I'm wrong but his insurance may not have to pay off because the car should not have been on the road.....I hope I am wrong.

well thats what i thought, till i talked to my friend who towed my car (owns a collision business) he told me as long as it was his fault , hes at fault . dosent matter that i was in the wrongCheck out my HID Conversion in progress!Comment

So you found what may be the only running and not totally rusted out Festiva left in Maine, and it got totaled? That is a horrible story. I havn't seen a festy in Maine in almost 2 decades. I'm sure there is a way to fix it, sounds like you have a candidate for a wide body!Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege.
