    I suppose it's possible that one of the "mods" was to substitute an old B6 block and head.

      200+ N/A HP does seem a bit high for a B3, or even a B6, but if someone did it right, who knows lol

        220hp is very possible with a properly prepped 1.3 liter naturally aspirated 8 valve 4 cylinder. It would be only a track worthy engine though, as it would be difficult to drive from a stop. In one of the picture comments he explains that it runs on natural gas, but it has a fuel cell ,in another picture, for a non compressed liquid fuel. Hmmm?

              pretty cool, its awesome hows theres so much versatility with these little cars
              1992 Festiva L....waiting on a motor swap, and rocker repair.....either repainting with Candy apple red or Midnight Blue

                In the seventh pic down, it says Natural Gas on the front bumper, but ya that is just a sticker.
                An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it.
