Pick one with light weight oil, that heavy weight oil weighs so much it pulls the mileage
down. Gotta watch for them heavy duty belts, they weigh so much they pull mileage
down...You want a an easy to carry engine that gets good mileage..Any of that
heavy duty coolant you can drain right where you find it..

Good luck, seriously, can you you use straps to back pack it? That would be
easier on you bod maybe if its a cold morning. If thats not allowed warm up
your lower back some and wear a belt.

I'm guessing around 150 lbs, I carried my old one from my garage to the car, about 70 foot. If you want to throw in the weight of the intake and exhaust manifolds, alternator, a/c compressor,...,...your guess is as good as mine..

I surprised nobody has an idea on this. I figured with all the engine swaps people would look into how much more weight new engine adds.

Be a man, i've lifted a 350 chevy by myself, of course it was just a short block so i din't have that 100lb intake and 50lb heads. but that iron block and roatating assembly was a heavy mug.

You should be able to carry it, i agree with the back brace though. You only have one back don't destroy it over a $100 motor
