I'd guess between 5 and $6,000... atleast I think that's about right for around here.

Also, I like to look at the "completed" listings from ebay and it tells you what others sold or did not sell there stuff at to help gauge a price.

Unless they are coming up with a trade in value, then they the pick the lower of the two, and cut it down by 10-25% and try feeding you a line about car needing this or that.

and the funny part about that is that they put them out to auction if anything isn't stock or if the car has anywhere near 100k miles anyway...

Really thats all? We're getting $0.15lb here Which is bad when trying to pick up broken cars cheap, but its good when you have something to scrap... like that little Mitsu sitting in my backyard that keeps looking tastier and tastier for the crane

Back OT though, I'd ask around $7k and expect between $5k and $6k, but who knows someone might talk ya down to $6.5k, then they're getting a deal and you're getting a deal
                      No festiva for me ATM...

The value of it, or anything, is what you can sell it for in a reasonable amount of time with a reasonable amount of advertising.
