Will this mazda rim fit a festy

You didnt mention what year those wheels were from.
They should fit.
Check out this wheel list, go down to 4.5 inch bolt pattern.
It is the same as the Festy 114mm pattern.

These RX-7 wheels are 14". The ones I used to have on my car were off an early 323/GLC and were 13" with 12 holes.

Guy just told me they were 14 inch guys i just called him i can get all four for 160 buckaroos the tires are 185,70,14 are they to tall ? I was told 185,60,14 will work what to do should i not get the rubber ? Thanks for the help guys

Btw bolt pattern is 114.3*4 so it should go on the bone

185/70 is much too tall, get bare rims and put 165/60 or 185/55 on them
