My body has 78,4XX or so.
My engine is probably about 201K. Donor car showed 181 and my car was about 58K when I installed it.
All I've done is a head rebuild. Haven't touched the lower end. Transmission and clutch are original with 78K.

I pulled the Texas inspection history on this car. The records for it go back to 1998. There were several years in a row where the car was only driven 1,500-4,000 miles.

My 88 4sp. manual has 98400 miles. After switching to 100% pure gasoline in Autumn 2011, mpg has gone up 8% with my highest tank ever of 57.5 mpg. Do wish it had a 5speed, tho.

I think twizted may have me beat on original engine, since Baby car lost her first engine in 1994 due to tropical storm Gordon.

Did a trans rebuild in 97. A trans swap in 99, and another in errrr....2010? Swapped the engine again in....late 08? The one post Gordon had not one but two warped heads replaced, due to overheating. Leave me alone, I was young

Last year, I put about 60K on the GPS, before it was stolen. So far, this year, I have put over 50K on again, although I am on yet ANOTHER odometer since madness 5. Pulled the last one out to get to the wiring, set it on top of the car, and it slid off the roof, cracking the enclosure....Trees hate Artie, instrument bezels hate me!

So I figure claiming 750K is fair, reality probably has it at more!
