        its next to imposible to find ANY car thats clean/decent for 1500 anymore. anything you find for under 1500 nowadays USUALLY needs 500- 1000 bucks worth of work on it to get it right, where you can depend on it.

          I'm subscribed to all cars and trucks by owner for less than 3000 on craigslist in my area... most of them are junk, you can occasionally find a decent (NOT) A Camry or Corolla.
