    The vw polo diesel makes 70 mpg all day long right off the lot bone stock. Its been tested on top gear.

      Apparently the ecm tune is different, programmers are getting significantly
      more power and better fuel mpg's.

        I know what is different: the oil companies in america don't want vehicles that get amazing mileage to be sold here.
