How big is the gas tank in a 1993 festiva? Is it 9 gallons? I need to make sure.

Mines down to about 7 gallons, it was less but I had to pound down the area
under the fuel pump. Since the lift I have not been beating the tank, maybe
I should start out new.....One more item on the list!!

It would be awesome to add even 4-5 more gallons, and be able to say that you can go over 1100kms - 700 miles! (at least for mine, lol)

The Chevy Cruze has a 15.6 gallon tank...... except for the Eco Cruze which is said to have a 12.6 gallon tank. However, it has been discovered that the Eco Cruze has been designed to click off at 12.6 gallons, so the Eco Cruze would qualify to have less weight. That has helped the EPA to rate the Eco Cruze at 42mpg-highway. Many people get real-world mpg with their cars, greater than EPA ratings, & some have gotten as high as 50mpg with Eco Cruze.

But you can trinkle gas into the tank to get the full capacity of 15.6 gallons & gain a real-world range of.........780 miles!
