Since I have to many questions i am just going to make a forum.

i looked at the tire size calculator and not much difference but i am buying some 2002 hyundai sonata wheels 15" and has 205/60R15 on it. Does anyone thnk there will be a problem rubbing?

the rim specs are all the same

it will rub. Depending on off set, it might not even roll with the tire size. lol
tried that size on my race car with coil overs they rubbed the whole time unless i was going straight and had her mashed..
then agin they were on nissian maxiam rims.

Also, what suspension set up do you have? Stock or Aspire?

Aspire will give you more clearance bouth height and width but 205 is still to wide.

stock suspension, the rim off set and everything was a match to the festiva tires

what about with spacers?

185/60-14s would be about 19mm taller than stock. These are generally of a ride height that can work on a stock Festiva, with minimal rubbing (depending on offset, of course).

Now add 12mm for the extra inch diameter wheel...takes you to 31mm taller...

Now add the difference between 185 and 205 in centimeters (2) times 6mm (60% of 10mm) and you get another 12mm added for a total of 43mm taller than stock.

That's about 1.7" taller than stock.

Means you need to do a lot of work to make them fit, and you'll only know how much as you do it.

Not recommended.

A 205/50/15 is rough, I had to roll, flatten, hammer and they still rub, A LOT. You may still be able to use the wheels, just need smaller tires. I suggest a 195/50/15, a 195/45 if you can find them.

205/60-15 is a whole 2.6" taller than stock, Karl.

Not only would it rub everything non stop, even with spacers and what not.... its gonna slow the car way down, add tons of unsprung weight, and make your stock brakes that much more useless...
