  • New guy here

Hey guys, just got around to making an account on here been reading and trolling for a while, have had my festy for 2yrs now, it's a b8 swapped car, and Alot of weight reduction lol. My stock trans finally went boom last week.
I bought a parts shell and it came with a trans and b6t so not sure what route to go with now, swap the new trans and keep the b8 or swap the b6t in.

Hello, Nalley! Nice ride! Very "bat'l ready". Where do you live? I say, switch to the B6T, or use the turbo and boost the B8.

Judging by the way your head is barely above the bottom of the window, you must have the seats bolted directly to the floor?

Lol basically it has seat brackets so the seats about three inchs off the floor. I put some diff seats in and raised it up a couple inches, I like it like that makes this little car very roomy.

If you do decide to swap both the trans and the motor I might be interested in the B8 when you're through with it.
